A gourmet experience in our Mora Mora Bistro del Mare means treating yourself to a light lunch and a romantic dinner at a refined beach on the crystal-clear sea of San Foca, half an hour from Lecce and Otranto. It is a journey into Salento's seafood cuisine offered in a contemporary key, distinguished by the use of seasonal products, mostly local, starting with fish and seafood from lower Salento. A selection of starters based on tuna, cuttlefish, prawns, scampi and the catch of the day, all prepared daily to ensure safety and natural flavour. Outside the biological rest periods, on request you can try sea urchins and deep-sea and farmed oysters from Gallipoli and Porto Cesareo.

Right on the seafront is the Cocktail Bar, where you can enjoy a drink while sitting on the sand of a half-moon beach, surrounded by dunes covered with Mediterranean scrub. You can hear the gentle sea breeze, the lapping of the waves, and all that's left to do is raise a toast. Special attention is paid to the quality of the cocktail ingredients: the most refreshing drinks are made with Tanqueray gin, Stolichnaya Red Label vodka and Cortese tonic water, while for the most discerning guests there is a small selection of premium gin, vodka and rum with tonic water and ginger beer. Our must-haves are the Aperol Spritz and the Mojito made with fresh local mint, white cane sugar and Bacardi. For the 2020 season, Mora Mora Beach has created new cocktails, designed to satisfy every palate: the clean and refreshing Ice Flavour, the sweet and delicate Candy Pop, and the fruity Vintage Beach with the fresh and delicious taste of the sea.
